  1.  Study is like the heavenΓÇÖs glorious sun, 
  2.  That will not be deep searchΓÇÖd with saucy looks; 
  3.  Small have continual plodders ever won, 
  4.  Save base authority from othersΓÇÖ books. 
  5.  These earthly godfathers of heavenΓÇÖs lights, 
  6.  That give a name to every fixed star, 
  7.  Have no more profit of their shining nights 
  8.  Than those that walk and wot not what they are. 
  9.  Too much to know is to know nought but fame; 
  10.  And every godfather can give a name.
